- Assist with rebuilding and sustaining daily living and social skills

- Assist clients in preparing their meals to ensure they maintain a balanced diet
- Support clients to take their medication in a timely manner when due
- Support and encourage service-users to undertake domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing on a regular basis

- Support and befriending to reduce social isolation when living alone
- Engage in meaningful activities to assist with finding employment, enrolling in education, volunteering, and to access training
